Day 165 My 7 Figure Cycle Journey

Friday June 29th, 2018

Watched training webinar 15 on self prep. Guy did a good job explaining the process and what needs to happen on my end. Bottom line am not going to do self-prep. Would just add to the confusion and hassle. People have been complaining about the expense and slowness of Your Warehouse (YW). In Seller Talk some members have brought forth what seem to be good options but for the time being if I do manage to find a product I'm just going to ship it to the warehouse in North Carolina.

Mentioned in the presentation that there is a less than 24 hour turn around on all non Buyers Club  orders and 24 -48 hour turnaround on Buyers Club orders. That is a huge improvement over the past experience and something they promised to fix which it looks like they did. They said there are still some problem orders that they have to sort through and are working on them. I believe that there were 2 parts to the problem with the warehouse. First I think they were just overwhelmed with the sheer volume they received and were not prepared.  Secondly and I think a much bigger issue were that members did not follow the explicit instructions that were given. They made it very clear that members needed to have products listed in inventory in their Amazon Seller Account before they sent the actual product to the warehouse. I believe they mentioned at one point they had over 400 such problem orders which were creating a huge headache.

At one point in the presentation a member ask if Amazon reimbursed for lost products and the moderator said yes and mentioned that at one time before they realized what was going on they had gone back 180 days and discovered that Amazon owed them $180,000 for lost or damaged items. At that time you had to request that Amazon reimburse you. They were able to recover 90% of the money. These guys must do huge volume.

Another point I found interesting was he talked about the life cycle of a product and that most people get in at the tail end of the life cycle. Mentioned that a possible way to tell if a product is at the beginning of its life cycle is if it is selling only a small amount (10 units a month) and has only 1 or 2  suppliers.

Here is the problem with saturation

The answer to this is to use the 1st video second day of the Underground Success Summit addresses this problem although I have not been able to get it to work for me. But I am not giving up.

Something that troubles me is this email I received regarding an upcoming webinar. I am going to withhold judgment until I actually see more but it looks like they are promoting another business module.  I have seen this happen with other programs ASM 8 was horrible about this still are. Probably 98% of us that are still working the 7 Figure Cycle model and do not need to be introduced to another business model but I will with hold judgement until I see more.

[7 Figure Cycle] Your way forward... (Tuesday workshop) Thu, Jun 28, 11:28 AM

Next Tuesday 3rd July at 7pm ET, we are going to be holding a new workshop.

During the workshop we are going to run through the 7-Step "FrameWork" we've used to launch a series of best selling products that generate $150,000+ in sales every 30 days.

You'll also get an inside look at the secret "analysis & automation" weapon we've developed that does most of the work for us.

This is slightly different to the Wholesale model, however, it does involve Amazon and is very relevant to what you are doing right now.

In fact, it is something you really should know about as it will allow you to move forward and complete the "Trinity" of eCommerce (we'll explain what that means on the call).

This is a little different - and actually just one of MANY updates we'll share with you on the call.

Again, it is taking place at 7pm ET next Tuesday. Get registered as soon as you can.

Thanks,

Steve and Aidan

Just a really quick email to make sure you were able to register for the workshop that we are holding next Tuesday?

If you haven't done so yet, you can register right here.

During the workshop, we are going to run through the 7-Step "FrameWork" we used to launch a series of best-selling products on Amazon which currently generate $150,000+ in sales every 30 days.

There is one really important reason why you need to join us live.

We are fast approaching the "BIG THREE" -- The three biggest sales month's of the year.
Take a look at the sales spike in the screenshot below.

This is what happened last year in one of our accounts (and the same will happen this year too).

That is why it is so critical that you join us live, next Tuesday at 7pm ET, as there is still time for you to get set up and running in order to take advantage of this period of the year when things go crazy.

We'll give you further details during the workshop.

Spaces are limited.

Thanks,

Steve and Aidan

Another Email July 1st

Just a quick reminder that there are just over 48 hours to go until our exclusive workshop begins.

During the workshop we are going to show you how we launched a string of best-selling physical products which collectively generate over $150K each month.

It's going to take place at 7pm ET this Tuesday

Here are 3 reasons you'll want to join us...

1. We'll reveal how to take your wholesale business to the next level by implementing the powerful 7-Step framework that we're going to talk about on the call.

2. You can plug this framework directly into your current 7FC business to dramatically increase your revenue. (If you have been following the 7-Figure Cycle training, the good news is that you are already half way to the finish line.)

3. If you are a 7FC member who has not started (or who has started, but needs to progress faster), the information on the call will be VERY Important for you.

See you on Tuesday!

Thanks,

Steve and Aidan

Received July 2nd

Tomorrow evening (Tuesday) at 7pm ET we are going to be running a very special workshop.

I know we've notified you about this a number of times over the past few days. However, we sincerely believe that this is probably one of the most important workshops we've run in the past few years.

It's going to be a little different and it's going to be a BIG presentation --- You'll have to set aside AT LEAST 90 minutes (but trust me it's going to be worth it).

We're going to be covering A LOT.

However, one of the most eye-opening parts will be the explanation into how we generated $50,467 in physical product sales in 15 days with almost NO work... (apart from the initial set up)
Crucially, this revenue was generated from "only" 1,183 units sold.

It would take MOST people AT LEAST 5000 units sold to generate this kind of revenue -- but we do things a little differently.

The set up, the method, and the framework will be revealed on the call - and you will be free to copy it.

However, take this a fair warning...

There are only a small number of seats remaining for the live call, so you need to make sure you get your seat secured as soon as possible, and turn up AT LEAST 15 minutes early tomorrow.

We really hope to see you there.

Thanks,

Steve and Aidan

More to come

  1. You are absolutely correct about the webinar set for today July 3, 2018. It is a hard sell marketing webinar to bring along 7FC members who already paid $2500.00 for the 7FC training to another paid training. Todd and Chris, have been promoting their eCommElite program all along, and now Steve and Aiden are pumping the member list with a new program.

The support staff of 7FC are all customers of previous paid programs by these guys and they were somehow engaged to become support for 7FC. Probably got the training and one on one coaching for free and likely did well with it.

And of course the training has still not addressed some very basic stuff like how to really track inventory. You can see in the sellertalk forum several people have asked about this and it appears to be ignored.
